The session will be canceled and the money will be automatically returned to your account within a day. If you cancel a session less than 24 hours before its start, the payment will not be refunded.

Yes, you can reschedule an appointment in your office in the "my therapy" section. This Feature is free, but available at least 12 hours before the start of the session.

If you made a mistake when paying for the session, contact our support, you will find the contacts in the basement of the site and we will provide a link to pay, or another method, for example, a PayPal wallet.
